证卡防伪工艺之卡式证件热贴膜，围观它是怎么防伪的！
我们之前说了卡式证件转移防伪膜和层压式证卡防伪膜的制作工艺以及应用，今天我来了解一下光学卡式证件热贴膜。卡式证件热帖膜最大的特点就是耐磨性较转移膜要强。
产品应用：用于标准尺寸卡式证件，国外驾照、个人证件大多采用的一种形式。
制证途径：各地车管所制证点、企事业单位安保管理部门。
使用方法：将预先冲切成好并排列在离型膜上的证卡防伪膜，通过专用证卡转移设备将防伪膜定位加热贴覆在制证完成的证卡表面。
产品特点：是一种带基膜证卡防伪保护膜，覆盖后防伪膜面积周边小于卡体1mm左右，可具备较强的耐擦刮能力。
产品规格：成品形式为单卷状供货，每卷100枚。
使用设备：专用证卡覆膜机

3. How to use: the PVC card security film pre-die cut and lined on release film, use the special laminator to position heating the security film on the printed PVC card surface.
4. Features: PVC card security layer with basement film, all around about 1mm smaller of the PVC card, with strong anti-scratch function.
