岗位职责：

Qualifications
     1、3年（含）以上且不少于10人的设计团队管理经验

At least 3 years experience in managingdesign team with 10 persons or more 
     2、助力企业开拓新市场、开发新客户，具有与用户洽谈合作方面的能力，实现团队业务目标的达成。

Assist company search and develop newmarket, new clients. Ability to negotiate project cooperation with clients,realize Achievement imitates a target
     3、具有设计类项目管理经验

Management experience in design project
     4、有较强的沟通、语言表达能力及组织协调能力

Strong in communication, expression andteam coordination.
     5、本科以上学历，有海外留学或工作经验者优先。

Bachelor degree or higher, better with overseas studying or workingexperience.

二、资深设计师（CMFP设计师）

（5名）

CMFP Designer

-

岗位职责：

Qualifications

      1、熟悉CMFP的设计应用，了解3C、家电、汽车内饰、包装等表面装饰

Familiar with CMFP design application,know about 3C, home appliance, automotive Interior, package and so on surfacedecoration
      2、5年（含）以上工作经验，3年（含）以上项目管理经验

At least 5 years working experience, 3years or more project management experience.
      3、助力企业开拓新市场、开发新客户，与更多潜在精准用户进一步沟通，达成合作，实现业务的增长

Assist company search and develop newmarket, communicate with more potential customer, enable cooperation.

4、具有较强产品研发创意经验

Rich experience in product innovation and design.

5、本科以上学历，从事CMF相关工作三年以上， 有海外留学或工作经验者优先。
Bachelor degree or higher, at least 3 years experience in CMFP design relatedjob, better with overseas studying or working experience.

三、图形创意设计师（10名）

GraphicDesigner

岗位职责：

Qualifications

      1、能独立完成图形创意设计方案，并了解3C、家电、汽车内饰、包装等表面装饰，且能独立设计所需纹理图形

Can complete original graphic designproject, and know about 3C, home appliance, automotive Interior, package and so on surfacedecoration. Able to design required patterns independently. 
      2、良好的文案策化与书写能力

Ability in marketing article and designsolution writing
      3、熟练使用CorelDraw、Illustrator、Photoshop、3Dmax等绘图软件

Familiar with CorelDraw、Illustrator、Photoshop、3Dmax etc.
      4、本科以上学历，2年以上同职位经验。
       Bachelor degree or higher,  2 years ormore experience in graphic design

四、助理设计师（5名）

AssistantDesigner

岗位职责：

Qualifications

1、配合设计师完成设计方案

Assist designer to complete designproject

2、能独立完成客户的需求设计

Able to complete customer requireddesign independently.

3、熟练使用CorelDraw、Illustrator、Photoshop等绘图软件

Familiar with CorelDraw、Illustrator、Photoshop、3Dmax etc.

4、承担企业内部宣传设计

Design company's internal advertisement

5、该岗位不限学历及专业，肯学上进，有绘画设计特质者优先

No degree requirement. Curious aboutnew knowledge, better with drawing and design basic knowledge.
